Kratko: sajt od tebe ne traži nijedan podatak. Nema formi, nema prijave, nema newslettera ni reklamnih piksela. Jedino merenje posete radi samo ako ga sam odobriš na baneru pri prvoj poseti; ako ne odobriš, sajt ne postavlja nijedan kolačić. Podaci se traže tek kada odeš na platformu našeg partnera da kupiš nalog — a to je već njihova obrada.

Šta se prikuplja na sajtu
- Tehnički zapisi servera. Hosting (Hostinger) beleži IP adresu, vreme pristupa, traženu adresu i podatke o pregledaču — standardno za svaki veb server, radi rada i bezbednosti, ne radi profilisanja.
- Google fontovi. Stranice učitavaju fontove sa Google-ovih servera, pa Google pri tome vidi tvoju IP adresu.
- Google Analytics — samo uz tvoju saglasnost. Od 4. septembra 2026. pri prvoj poseti pitamo te za saglasnost. Ako je daš, učitava se Google Analytics (oznaka
G-GWSZE9QBZ7), koji postavlja svoje kolačiće i beleži koje si strane gledao, koliko si se zadržao i sa kog si izvora došao; IP adresa se pri tome skraćuje. Ako saglasnost ne daš, skripta se uopšte ne učitava — nijedan zahtev ne ode Google-u i nijedan kolačić za merenje se ne postavi. Detalji i kako da se predomisliš: Politika kolačića. - Ništa drugo. Meta piksela ni bilo kog drugog alata za oglašavanje nema — ni uz saglasnost. Ako se to promeni, promeniće se i ova stranica, i tražićemo saglasnost gde je potrebna.
Komentari na blogu
Komentari su ugašeni od 15. avgusta 2026. Komentari ostavljeni ranije sačuvani su u bazi sajta i sadrže ime koje je autor upisao, mejl adresu i IP adresu sa koje je komentar poslat. Ako si ostavio komentar i želiš da bude obrisan, piši nam i brišemo ga.
Kada odeš na kupovinu ili prijavu
Klikom na „Kupi račun" ili „Prijava" prelaziš na platformu Prop Account, LLC (SAD), tehnologija FPFX Tech. Od tog trenutka podatke prikuplja i obrađuje oni: ime, adresa, datum rođenja, mejl, podaci o plaćanju, a pred prvu isplatu i dokumenta za proveru identiteta, koja idu servisu SumSub. Mi te podatke ne vidimo i ne čuvamo. Njihovi uslovi: Client Terms and Policies.
Kao partner imamo pristup izveštajima kroz admin panel — vidimo podatke o kupovinama i nalozima nastalim preko našeg sajta, i koristimo ih isključivo za vođenje posla.
Trgovačke platforme
Sajt vodi i na platforme GooeyTrade (DXTrade, MatchTrader, cTrader, GooeyPro). Kada ih otvoriš, važe njihova pravila o podacima — mi tu obradu ne kontrolišemo.
Ako nam pišeš
Prepisku čuvamo onoliko koliko je potrebno da odgovorimo i da imamo trag o dogovorenom. Poštu vodimo preko Google Workspace-a.
Tvoja prava
Po Zakonu o zaštiti podataka o ličnosti Republike Srbije, a i po GDPR-u ako si u EU, imaš pravo na pristup podacima, ispravku, brisanje, ograničenje obrade i prigovor, kao i pravo na pritužbu Povereniku za informacije od javnog značaja i zaštitu podataka o ličnosti. Zahtev šalji na info@dayprop.com — odgovaramo u roku od 30 dana. Ako se zahtev odnosi na tvoj trgovački nalog, uputićemo te na Prop Account, LLC, jer su ti podaci kod njih.
Prenos van zemlje i deca
Naš partner je u Sjedinjenim Državama, pa se podaci koje njima daješ obrađuju tamo. Hosting sajta je u okviru Evropske unije. Sajt i program nisu namenjeni licima mlađim od 18 godina.

Privacy policy

In short: this site asks you for nothing. No forms, no sign-in, no newsletter, no advertising pixels. The only measurement runs solely if you allow it on the banner shown at your first visit; if you decline, the site sets no cookies at all. Data is collected only once you move to our partner’s platform to buy an account — and that is their processing, not ours.

What the site collects
- Server logs. Our host (Hostinger) records IP address, access time, requested URL and browser details — standard for any web server, for operation and security, not profiling.
- Google Fonts. Pages load fonts from Google’s servers, so Google sees your IP address in the process.
- Google Analytics — only with your consent. Since 4 September 2026 we ask for consent on your first visit. If you give it, Google Analytics loads (tag
G-GWSZE9QBZ7), sets its own cookies and records which pages you viewed, how long you stayed and which source you came from; your IP address is truncated. If you decline, the script is never loaded — no request reaches Google and no measurement cookie is set. Details and how to change your mind: Cookie policy. - Nothing else. There is no Meta pixel and no other advertising tool — not even with consent. If that changes, this page changes with it, and we will ask for consent where consent is required.
Blog comments
Comments have been disabled since 15 August 2026. Comments left earlier are stored in the site database and contain the name the author entered, an email address and the IP address used. If you left a comment and want it removed, write to us and we will delete it.
When you go to buy or sign in
Clicking “Buy an account” or “Sign in” takes you to the platform of Prop Account, LLC (USA), technology by FPFX Tech. From that point they collect and process your data: name, address, date of birth, email, payment details, and before the first payout identity documents, which go to SumSub. We neither see nor store that data. Their terms: Client Terms and Policies.
As their partner we can see sales reports in an admin panel — purchases and accounts created through our site — and we use them only to run the business.
Trading platforms
The site also links to GooeyTrade platforms (DXTrade, MatchTrader, cTrader, GooeyPro). Once you open them, their data rules apply; we do not control that processing.
If you email us
We keep correspondence as long as needed to answer and to have a record of what was agreed. Our mail runs on Google Workspace.
Your rights
Under Serbian data protection law, and under the GDPR if you are in the EU, you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection, and the right to complain to the Serbian Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection. Send requests to info@dayprop.com — we answer within 30 days. If the request concerns your trading account, we will point you to Prop Account, LLC, because that data sits with them.
Transfers and children
Our partner is in the United States, so data you give them is processed there. Site hosting is within the European Union. The site and the program are not intended for anyone under 18.
